Welcome to the STRESSFIT Series: Journey to Self Love.

As Oscar Wilde once said, "To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance."

Love is something that is natural to us; a key part of who we are as human beings. After all, we don't have to be taught how to love our family, our friends and pets...or even our favourite foods, hobbies or places.

Love is a natural response to life.

Yet, sadly, for many of us, self-love can prove one of our greatest challenges.

While loving others may come easily to us, often loving, respecting and valuing ourselves can seem much more difficult.

In this series, we're going to take you through why this is the case...why it can be so hard to love and accept ourselves...and why self-love is a non-negotiable to live a happy life.

It's time to live and feel free— and the heart of this freedom is the ability to love yourself unconditionally.
